How are your fabrics sold?
Most of our premium quilting fabrics are sold by the yard or in pre-cut bundles such as Fat Eighths, Fat Quarters, 10" Squares, and 2.5" Strips. Please refer to the specific product description for dimensions.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We ship our quilting supplies worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Can I return a digital pattern?
Due to the nature of digital content, all PDF pattern sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded once the download link has been sent.
Do you offer wholesale opportunities for quilt shops?
Yes, we offer wholesale accounts for verified brick-and-mortar and online retailers. Please contact our support team with your business license information to apply for a wholesale account.
How should I care for my finished quilt made with your fabrics?
We recommend machine washing your finished quilt on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent. To maintain the vibrancy of the colors, tumble dry on low heat or air dry.
What should I do if my order is missing an item?
If your order is incomplete or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will prioritize sending out the correct items at no additional cost to you.
